The working principle and basic mechanism of the viscous liquid drip conveyor are analyzed and introduced in detail. The working principle of the part of the friction lining of the soft start of the liquid glue is detailedly deduced. The liquid flow, namely laminar flow and turbulent flow are discussed in detail. By changing the flow pattern of the liquid between the friction plates, the factors influencing the stable speed regulation are obtained, which are of great significance to the speed regulation, belt inspection and power balance of mining equipment such as belt conveyors.
