根据3月23日公布的由国家环保部、发改委、财政部、能源局等四部门以及六省市联合印发的《京津冀及周边地区2017年大气污染防治工作方案》,北京市新增出租车应全部更换为电动车,其他城市积极推进出租车更换为电动车或新能源车。的确,电动出租车为“绿色出行”提供了一种新的选择,但由于续航里程较短、充电桩数量有限,北京已有的充电式电动出租车仍然难以成为出租车行业的主流。
