目的:探讨百令胶囊治疗慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)的临床疗效。方法:选择2012年10月~2013年10月在我院呼吸科住院的126例慢性阻塞性肺病患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组63例;观察组在基础治疗的基础上采用百令胶囊进行治疗,对照组采用基础治疗加复方甲氧那明胶囊进行治疗。结果:与治疗前比较,观察组FVC、FEV1以及MMEF均明显改善,差异显著P<0.05;与对照组比较观察组各项肺功能指标均明显升高差异显著P<0.05。结论:百令胶囊治疗慢性阻塞性肺病效果显著,能够明显改善肺功能,降低复发率,值得推广。
Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of Bailing capsule in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods: A total of 126 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease who were hospitalized in our department of respiratory department from October 2012 to October 2013 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 63 cases in each group. The observation group was treated on the basis of basic treatment Bailing capsule for treatment, the control group with basic treatment plus compound metoprolol capsules for treatment. Results: Compared with those before treatment, the FVC, FEV1 and MMEF in the observation group were significantly improved (P <0.05). Compared with the control group, the pulmonary function indexes in the observation group were significantly increased (P <0.05). Conclusion: The effect of Bailing Capsule in treating chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is remarkable, which can obviously improve pulmonary function and reduce the recurrence rate, which is worth popularizing.
