目的识别、分析、评价某生化科技公司无蛋白淀粉提取项目生产过程中可能产生的职业病危害因素,提出相应的防护对策与措施,防止和控制职业病的发生。方法采用类比法、检查表分析法对该项目进行评价。结果该项目生产过程中可能产生的职业病危害因素有谷物粉尘、正己烷、二氧化硫、噪声、高温,类比调查结果显示,该项目存在的职业病危害因素均未超过国家职业接触限值,粉尘CTWA范围2.5~2.6 mg/m3,各岗位噪声8 h等效声级范围77.7~84.7 dB(A)。结论该项目为职业病危害较重的项目,若能认真落实和实施已考虑到的职业病危害防护措施和本预评报告中提及的各项补充措施及建议,在职业病防治方面可行。
Objective To identify, analyze and evaluate the occupational hazards that may occur in the production of protein-free starches from a biotech company and to propose appropriate countermeasures and measures to prevent and control the occurrence of occupational diseases. Methods The method of analogy, checklist analysis of the project evaluation. Results The occupational hazards that may occur during the production of the project include cereal dust, n-hexane, sulfur dioxide, noise, high temperature and analogy. Survey results show that occupational hazards in the project do not exceed the national occupational exposure limits, ~ 2.6 mg / m3, and the equivalent noise level of each post for 8 h is 77.7 ~ 84.7 dB (A). Conclusion This project is a project with heavy occupational hazards. It is feasible to prevent and control occupational diseases if we carefully implement and implement the occupational hazards protection measures that have been taken into account and the supplementary measures and suggestions mentioned in this pre-assessment report.
