提出一种检测结构二维损伤十字交叉定位的方法,利用Morlet小波变换技术,研究了复合材料层合板结构的损伤振动检测问题。根据绘制出的频散曲线,选择合适的激励频率和周期。通过传感器采集到的结构动态响应信号,判断Lamb波在无损结构中的飞行时间(ToF)和实际群速度;然后根据损伤飞行时间和Lamb波实际群速度,计算损伤的横纵坐标值,对损伤进行象限判断,消除损伤位置判断误差。结果表明,计算损伤位置和实际损伤位置相对误差在1%左右,该方法得到的位置信息是可靠的。
A method for detecting cross-location of two-dimensional damage in structure is proposed. Morlet wavelet transform is used to study the damage and vibration detection of composite laminates. According to draw the dispersion curve, choose the appropriate excitation frequency and period. The time-of-flight (ToF) and actual group velocity of the Lamb wave in the non-destructive structure are determined by the dynamic response signals of the structure collected by the sensor. Then, the horizontal and vertical coordinate values of the damage are calculated according to the damage flight time and the actual group velocity of the Lamb wave, Quadrant judge, eliminate the damage position judgment error. The results show that the relative error between the calculated damage location and the actual damage location is about 1%, and the location information obtained by this method is reliable.
