本文研究了在十二烷基磺酸钠存在下金与硫代米蚩酮的显色反应。研究表明,金与硫代米蚩酮的显色反应的最佳酸度为pH2.0—4.0,最大吸收波长为555nm,摩尔吸光系数为1.5×10~5,金量在0—15微克范围内符合比尔定律。除银以外,一般常见共存离子不干扰测定。在十二烷基磺酸钠存在下金对硫代米蚩酮的组成比为1∶4,络合物不稳定常数K_不=2.29×10~(-22)。采用TBP萃淋树脂富集分离、分光光度法测定微量金,灵敏度较高,选择性较好,适用于矿石中0.x—x克/吨金的测定。
In this paper, the color reaction of gold with thiomoketone in the presence of sodium dodecyl sulfate was studied. The results showed that the best acidity of the color reaction of gold with thiothiokone is pH2.0-4.0, the maximum absorption wavelength is555nm, the molar absorptivity is1.5 × 10 ~ 5, the gold content is0-15μg In line with Bill’s law. In addition to silver, the common common ions do not interfere with the determination.
