目前,计算机在化学实验中的应用越来越广泛。为了将计算机应用到分析化学中的电位滴定实验中,需要配备一种恒速滴定管。因为人们在编制测量程序时,通常需将滴定的体积量转换成时间量,计算机通过测量时间量的变化,再在数值上转换成相应的体积量变化。例如假设滴定1mL溶液需要6s,那么当时间为60s时,滴定的体积就为10mL。要实现上述转换,就要求滴定时液体的下滴速度是恒定的。现在市场上有一种自动恒速滴定仪可达到这一要求,但从教学角度上来说,应该体现“价廉物美”这一原则。为此,我设计制作了一种简易恒速滴定管,与计算机配套使用,效果良好。
At present, the application of computers in chemical experiments is more and more extensive. In order to apply the computer to potentiometric titration experiments in analytical chemistry, a constant-rate burette must be provided. Because people in the preparation of measurement procedures, usually need to convert the titration volume into time, the computer by measuring the amount of time changes, and then numerically converted into a corresponding change in volume. For example, if you need to titrate 1mL solution for 6s, then when the time is 60s, the titration volume is 10mL. To achieve the above conversion, it is required that the dripping speed of the liquid during titration is constant. There is now an automatic constant-speed titrator on the market that can meet this requirement, but from the teaching point of view, it should reflect the principle of “cheap”. For this reason, I designed and manufactured a simple constant-speed burette for use with computers.
