As the city with the largest total economic output in Inner Mongolia, Baotou City has effectively speed up the coordinated development of urban and rural areas. It is a strategic choice and an important task for Baotou City to thoroughly implement the scientific concept of development, promote economic growth and social development, and comprehensively build a wealthy and democratic civilized and harmonious Baotou . The equalization of rural public service facilities to co-ordinate regional development and speed up the formation of a new urban-rural integration pattern are also the necessary requirements for building an overall well-to-do society.
