本研究以宁夏、新疆、青海、甘肃和内蒙的23个苦豆子居群为材料,通过检测苦参碱、氧化苦参碱的含量,结合SSR标记和自行开发的标记探讨不同苦豆子居群的遗传多样性,分析其亲缘关系及居群分化程度,旨在了解其遗传背景,为野生苦豆子多样性的保护、资源的收集和可持续利用等提供理论依据。研究结果如下：(1)对23份苦豆子种子和叶片中的苦参碱和氧化苦参碱进行检测。结果表明：不同居群间苦参碱和氧化苦参碱含量有差异,其
