江泽民强调:高度重视大力推进国民经济和社会信息化 2001年11月11日中共中央总书记、国家主席、中央军委主席江泽民在广东考察南海市信息化建设时强调,信息化建设在国民经济和社会发展中具有十分重要的作用,各级领导干部要高度重视信息化建设,大力推进国民经济和社会信息化。 江泽民指出,进入21世纪,信息技术越来越深刻地影响着人类社会的发展。中央高度重视信息化建设,党的十五届五中全会提出以信息化带动工业化,实现跨越式发展的战略部署。中央将进一步采取措施推进信息化,各地要根据条件加强信息化建设。 江泽民强调,信息化是系统工程,各级领导干部要进一步提高认识,解放思想,深化改革,不仅自己要努力掌握信息技术,更要加强领导,协调统一。同时,要着眼于应用,以信息化带动工业化,以信息化推动现代化。
