科技成果评审中,等级的划分是典型的模糊性事件。本文用模糊数学中的综合评判方法来评定科技成果的等级。某项科技成果,其单因素评判矩阵中的元素——评审指标关于不同等级的隶属度,根据成果评审委员会委员投票或打分的统计结果来确定。文中介绍了广义模糊算子在综合评判中的应用,它使计算结果能包含更多的因素,能更加全面地反映评委会委员的意见。文中还考虑了因成果评审目的不同,而采取不同的权数分配,使成果评定更符合实际要求。本文也是企图将模糊数学引入科技管理工作某一方面的初步尝试。
Evaluation of scientific and technological achievements, the level of division is a typical fuzzy events. In this paper, fuzzy mathematics in the comprehensive evaluation method to assess the level of scientific and technological achievements. This article is also a preliminary attempt to introduce fuzzy mathematics into one aspect of science and technology management.
