高素质人才对于公司、企业发展的重要作用已经不言而喻。就广电系统而言,省市级广电系统的人才吸引、使用、储备情况相对县市(区)级来说是比较理想的。以杭州广电为例,它的人才来源主要有在杭高校的新闻专业或相关专业人才、来自地市广电的优秀人才的选拔等等。人才流动性很大,但储备力量丰富。得天独厚的地理位置、先进的管理机制和优越的硬件设施是吸引大量人才的重要条件。县市(区)广电与之相比并不缺乏雄厚的资金,管理上也在不断的改进,但在人才吸引上还是缺乏强有力的抓手。
