颜色词的出现与使用给我们平凡单调的生活增添了不少色彩。在语言中,颜色词丰富又活跃。然而,我们不仅仅要注意这些颜色词本身的基本意义,更要关注它们更深层次的隐喻义,因为它们的隐喻意义在不同语言文化中有不同的特点。本文在认知语言学的范畴内,以隐喻理论为基本理论基础,从认知的角度分析了几种英语基本颜色词的隐喻语义,通过简要地分析以期更好地理解英语基本颜色词的深层的文化含义,避免在使用的过程中发生偏误。
The appearance and use of color words add a lot of color to our ordinary and monotonous life. In language, color words are rich and lively. However, we should not only pay attention to the basic meaning of the color words themselves, but also pay more attention to their deeper metaphorical meanings because of their different metaphorical meanings in different languages and cultures. In the category of cognitive linguistics, based on the theory of metaphor, this paper analyzes the metaphorical semantics of several English basic color terms from a cognitive perspective, through a brief analysis in order to better understand the deep layers of English basic color terms Cultural meaning, to avoid errors in the use of the process.
