目前,“两高”最新司法解释已经出台,建议国家环保有关部门要做好与之配套的立法或政策制定工作,尽快出台与之配套的规章或政策。《最高人民法院、最高人民检察院关于办理环境污染刑事案件适用法律若干问题的解释》日前公布施行,这对于依法严厉惩治、有效防范环境污染犯罪,强化环境保护,维护人民群众生命健康财产安全,推进美丽中国建设都将发挥重要作用。
At present, the latest Judicial Interpretations on “Two Highs” have been promulgated, and it is suggested that the relevant departments of the state environmental protection departments should make the legislation or policy formulation work with them as soon as possible and issue the corresponding regulations or policies as soon as possible. The Supreme People’s Court and the Supreme People’s Procuratorate on Several Issues Concerning the Application of Law in Handling Criminal Cases of Environmental Pollution have recently been promulgated and implemented in a bid to severely punish and prevent crimes against environmental pollution according to law and to strengthen environmental protection and safeguard the safety and health of people’s lives and property.
