以浙江省绍兴市历史文化街区保护为例,基于绿色建筑环境概念,构建了关于“AHP模型-历史文化街区保护综合评价的指标体系”.要求历史文化街区规划保护在符合绿色建筑环境的前提下,要尊重历史建筑与防止环境污染,确保在历史文化街区中实现自然生态、社会生态、历史文化生态之间的协调与平衡发展.使各管理部门更加明确评价结果和可采用的改进措施.
Taking the protection of historical and cultural blocks in Shaoxing City, Zhejiang Province as an example, based on the concept of green building environment, an index system about “AHP model - comprehensive evaluation of historical and cultural blocks ” was constructed.It is required that the planning and protection of historical and cultural blocks should meet the requirements of green building environment Under the premise, we should respect historic buildings and prevent environmental pollution, and ensure the coordinated and balanced development of natural ecology, social ecology and historical and cultural ecology in historical and cultural blocks, so as to make the management departments more clearly evaluate the results and the improvements that can be adopted .
