2009年是全面贯彻落实党的十七大和十七届三中全会精神的一年,是全党继续深入学习实践科学发展观的一年。为做好2009年的工作,本刊特邀本市各区县档案局长笔谈总体工作设想,以期交流、推广各区县档案局馆的新思路,推动上海档案事业的科学发展。因受篇幅限制,本刊对来稿件作了删节。
2009 is a year in which the party’s Seventeenth National Congress and the Third Plenary Session of the 17th CPC Central Committee are fully implemented. It is also a year for the entire party to continue studying and practicing the scientific concept of development in depth. In order to do a good job in 2009, this magazine invited the archives and directors of all districts and counties in the city to talk about the overall work plan, with a view to exchanging and promoting the new ideas of the Archives Bureau of all districts and counties and promoting the scientific development of Shanghai’s archives. Due to space limitations, the publication of the manuscript was abridged.
