一、缘起:课怎么没上完去年下半年,我市在江都实验小学举办了以“探索规律”为专题的数学高端培训活动,由省、市特级教师和学科带头人分别执教三节“探索规律”课。三节课都出现了类似情形——在40分钟时间内预设的教学内容没上完,最多的一节课用了55分钟,最少的一节课也用了50分钟,听课老师嘘声一片。互动交流环节,活动组织者向听课教师保证说:下次活动不会出现这样“严重”的拖堂现象。而邀请
