本文运用数理统计方法,建立林道修建费与设计速度的函数关系;运用灰色系统关联度分析,找出养护费是影响运输成本的主要因素,并提出经济养护费的概念,建立运输费计算模式。根据修建费、运输费、养护费之和为最小的原则,得出林道经济造价公式。以大兴安岭地区为例,计算出不同年运量、经济车速、道路投资回收期所对应的经济造价,为修建林道的投资提供一定依据。
In this paper, mathematical statistics are used to establish the functional relationship between forest road construction cost and design speed. Using the gray system correlation analysis, it is found that the maintenance fee is the main factor affecting the transportation cost, and the concept of economic maintenance fee is proposed to establish the transportation cost calculation mode. According to the construction costs, transportation costs, maintenance costs and the minimum sum of the principle, come to the economic cost of forest Road formula. Taking Daxinganling area as an example, the economic costs corresponding to different annual traffic volume, economic speed, and road payback period are calculated, which will provide some evidences for the investment of forest road construction.
