我们承担全国社会科学“六、五”规划中《中国工业经济责任制》课题,最近用两个月时间对江、浙、闽、粤、陕五省及上海市实行工业经济责任制的情况作了一些调查。总的印象是:实行工业经济责任制是我国经济体制改革的一个重要组成部分。几年来的实践证明它的推行不仅是必要的,而且收到了成效:各地在推行过程中,因地制宜,实事求是,使经济责任制从内容到形式都形成了自己的特点:随着利改税和经济体制改革的深入,工业经济责任制的完善和发展,遇到了新的问题,还需要适时解决。
We undertake the task of “China’s Industrial Economic Responsibility System” in the “Sixth Five-Year Plan” of the National Social Sciences.
