Phosphating is an important pre-treatment process, which plays an important role in enhancing the rust-proof and adhesion of paint. In the past bicycle paint pre-treatment is zinc-based phosphating process. In 1984, our zinc-calcium phosphating research project was successful. Its phosphating film has fine crystal and compactness, strong corrosion resistance, which can enhance the binding force between the base metal and the coating, and the quality is better than zinc phosphating membrane. In order to control the composition of the phosphating bath in time, a fast and accurate analytical method needs to be explored. The conventional method of zinc-calcium phosphating is based on the classical gravimetric method, which is accurate and reliable but time-consuming
