报告１例抗核抗体阴性的大疱性系统性红斑狼疮。在整个病程中共查过７次抗核抗体均阴性。ＤＩＦ、ＩＩＦ，免疫印迹均无阳性发现。肾脏穿刺活检免疫荧光见ＩｇＧ颗粒状沉积。并讨论其诊断依据和大疱性系统性红斑狼疮抗核抗体为阴性的可能原因。
