神经肽Y(neuropeptide Y,NPY)由36个氨基酸组成的酪氨酸,与多肽YY和胰多肽组成胰多肽家族,它们广泛分布于中枢神经系统。在中枢神经系统的海马组织内NPY含量最高,主要由γ-氨基丁酸(γ-aminobutyric acid,GABA)能中间神经元产生,具有抑制兴奋性氨基酸传递从而降低神经元兴奋性的作用[1-3]。NPY在大脑皮层、下丘脑、丘脑、脑干和小脑等部位也有颁布,在癫痫的发生发展、学习记忆过程、水钠和内分泌代谢等方面发挥重要的作用。本文主要综述
Neuropeptide Y (NPY) consists of 36 amino acids of tyrosine, and polypeptide YY and pancreatic polypeptide constitute pancreatic polypeptide family, which are widely distributed in the central nervous system. In the central nervous system hippocampus tissue NPY content is highest, mainly by γ-aminobutyric acid (γ-aminobutyric acid, GABA) can produce intermediate neurons, inhibit excitatory amino acid transmission and thus reduce the role of neuronal excitability [1- 3]. NPY is also promulgated in the cerebral cortex, hypothalamus, thalamus, brain stem and cerebellum and other parts of the body, play an important role in the occurrence and development of epilepsy, learning and memory processes, sodium and endocrine metabolism. This article mainly summarizes
