产能过剩是当前阻碍我国经济发展与转型的一大问题。近日,在中央经济工作会议中,＂去产能＂被提到相当重要的地位。准确把握产能过剩行业的形成机理,将对＂去产能＂工作起到关键作用。本文将以产能过剩的钢铁行业为例,分析产能过剩行业的原因,并提出相关化解措施。
