顶岗实习是职业院校教学计划的重要环节,实习质量的好坏直接影响到职业教育的成功与否,对毕业生的就业也会产生间接影响。笔者采用现场调查和问卷调查的方式收集数据,分析影响学生实习质量的因素,从学校、企业、学生、政策法规四个方面提出对策,期望达到提高实习质量的目的。
Internship is an important part of teaching plan in vocational colleges. The quality of internship directly affects the success of vocational education, and will indirectly affect the employment of graduates. The author collects data by means of on-the-spot investigation and questionnaire survey, analyzes the factors that affect the quality of student internships, and proposes measures from four aspects of schools, enterprises, students and policies and regulations, hoping to achieve the purpose of improving the quality of internships.
