一台中联ZE230E型液压挖掘机在工作10 000多h后,出现左右回转均无动作的故障现象。根据故障现象,对前泵、回转制动解除阀、减速器、主控阀及回转马达依次进行故障排查。检查发现,回转马达弹簧压板内孔已有明显磨损,使缸体发生位移,导致缸体与配油盘配合间隙增大,高压油严重内泄至回转马达壳体,导致整机无回转动作。更换新的弹簧压板,并对回转马达进行清洗,重装后试机,挖掘机无回转动作故障排除。
A ZWZ ZE230E hydraulic excavator in the work of more than 10,000 h, there is no movement around the phenomenon of failure. According to the fault phenomenon, the front pump, swing brake release valve, reducer, the main control valve and rotary motor in turn troubleshooting. Inspection found that rotary motor spring plate has been significantly wear the hole, so that the cylinder displacement, resulting in cylinder with the oil pan with the gap increases, a serious high-pressure oil leak to the rotary motor housing, resulting in no machine rotation. Replacement of the new spring plate, and the rotary motor cleaning, reloading after the test machine, excavators without rotation troubleshooting.
