对卫星搭载后育成的甜椒872 与地面对照龙椒2 号进行了过氧化物同工酶检测和 R A P D 分子检测,过氧化物同工酶检测的结果表明:太空椒872 的生理活性明显高于地面对照;利用随机引物扩增多态 D N A 技术( Rando mly Am plified Poly morphic D N A)检测基因序列多态性,从分子水平上找出卫星搭载的甜椒与地面对照品种间的差异,结果显示:有38 个引物得到扩增产物,其中有4 个产物的扩增物出现差异。
