神经母细胞瘤有自发消退现象,但消退机理还不清楚。因为凋亡在神经系统发育中起重要作用,作者推测神经母细胞瘤自发消退与凋亡有关。为此,进行了原位DNA片段和bcl-2表达的检测。118例原发肿瘤标本,在液氮中保存,检测N-myc扩增。切片进行HE染色、原位终末标记DNA及bcl-2免疫染色,计算凋亡指数。结果几乎所有神经母细胞瘤中均见凋亡细胞。一般情况下凋亡细胞稀少,但1岁以下93例中46例呈现聚集状态。Ⅰ,Ⅱ,ⅣS期预后较好,凋亡指数较
Neuroblastoma spontaneously subsides, but the mechanism of remission is unclear. Because apoptosis plays an important role in the development of the nervous system, the authors speculate that the spontaneous regression of neuroblastoma is associated with apoptosis. For this purpose, detection of in situ DNA fragments and bcl-2 expression was performed. 118 primary tumor specimens were stored in liquid nitrogen and examined for N-myc amplification. Sections were stained with HE, in situ terminally labeled DNA, and bcl-2 immunostained to calculate the apoptosis index. Results Apoptotic cells were seen in almost all neuroblastomas. In general, apoptotic cells are rare, but 46 of the 93 patients under 1 year of age show aggregation. The prognosis of I, II, IVS is better and the apoptotic index is better
