基础教育是国家教育体系的根基所在,中小学教师队伍建设事关基础教育发展的质量与保障。中小学教师职业在服务对象、服务追求的目标和服务方式等方面具有特殊性,现行的中小学教师录用考试采取的考试加面试,方式形式单一、考察内容片面、忽视了教师职业需要的隐性要求,应当通过在教师录用中树立胜任力理念、丰富中小学教师录用考试内容、创新形式以及设立中小学教师试用制度来加以完善与提升。
Basic education is the foundation of the national education system. The construction of teachers in primary and secondary schools is related to the quality and protection of basic education development. Primary and secondary school teachers’ professions have special characteristics in terms of service targets, service pursuit goals, and service methods. The current primary and secondary school teachers recruitment examinations take exams and interviews in a single way, review the content one-sidedly, and neglect the hidden needs of teachers’ occupational needs. The requirements should be improved and improved by establishing the concept of competency in the recruitment of teachers, enriching the contents of content and innovative forms for teachers in primary and secondary schools, and establishing trial systems for teachers in primary and secondary schools.
