铸钢长杆件在铸造过程中易产生变形而影响铸件品质。通过一型多件的组芯,加强筋,浇冒系统以及后工序特别措施的综合工艺应用开发,使铸钢长杆件立柱在首次生产中一次通过内外品质验收标准,且工艺过程与现有的生产设备和工装器具妥当适配,取得了铸件品质和生产效益的良好效果。
