杂草的生物防治是草害综合防治体系的组成部分。它是利用寄生物、昆虫等将某种杂草的密度控制在经济允许水平之下。和害虫的生物防治相比、杂草的生物防治,无论在发展速度、使用范围、防治效果上都有所逊色。但是从减少杂草的抗药性,减少环境污染,保持生态平衡等方面来看,杂草的生物防治必然会引起越来越多的科学工作者和农业生产者所关注。据估计,要搞成一个杂草生防的课题,多则需要12个科学家年,少则也要2-3个科学家年。
The biological control of weeds is part of the integrated grass and pest control system. It is the use of parasites, insects, etc. to control the density of some weeds below the economic level. Compared with the biological control of pests, weeds biological control, no matter in terms of speed of development, scope of use, prevention and control effects are inferior. However, in terms of reducing the resistance of weeds, reducing environmental pollution and maintaining ecological balance, the biological control of weeds is bound to attract the attention of more and more scientific workers and agricultural producers. It is estimated that more than 12 scientists need to be engaged in the task of biocontrol of weeds, or as few as 2-3 scientists in a few years.
