本文选用大豆抗旱性较强,中度和较弱类型的品种各7个,测定了0.5—72小时的吸水系数、吸水速率和48小时发芽率。结果表明抗旱性较强、中度、较弱三种类型萌动期(48小时)吸水系数分别为1.16、1.34和1.38;抗旱性较强类型在0—72小时范围内吸水系数持续增加,中度类型和较弱类型在24小时后趋于平稳;在0.5小时内,抗旱性较强类型的吸水速率低于较弱和中度类型,12小时后逐渐高于较弱和中度类型;吸水48小时发芽率抗旱性较强类型为37.2%,中度类型为19.0%,较弱类型为22.6%。吸水系数,吸水持续时间,可作为抗旱鉴定指标,48小时发芽率可作为抗旱鉴定的参考指标。
In this paper, seven varieties with strong drought resistance, moderate and weak type were selected, and the water absorption coefficient, water absorption rate and germination rate of 48 hours were measured in 0.5-72 hours. The results showed that the coefficient of water absorption of the three drought-resistant, moderate and weak types during the germinating period (48 hours) were 1.16, 1.34 and 1.38, respectively.
