运用Flory现代状态方程理论(EOS),对三元均聚物共混体系的热力学函数吉布斯共混自由能ΔGm进行合理简化,并求得其spinodal相图方程。该方程是一复杂的非线性方程,不易求其解析解,因此通过循环方法借助计算机得到spinodal方程的数值解,并显示相应的spinodal三角形相图。将上述方法用于已知状态方程参数的三元均聚物共混物聚苯乙烯(PS)/聚甲基乙烯基醚(PVME)/聚2,6-二甲基1,4-苯撑氧(PPE)中,得到一系列不同温度下的spinodal相图,预测结果与文献报导吻合。在此基础上进一步研究了聚合物的分子量对体系相行为的影响。
The Flory equation of state equation (EOS) was used to simplify the Gibbs free energy ΔGm for the thermodynamic function of ternary homopolymer blends. The spinodal phase diagram equation was obtained. The equation is a complex nonlinear equation, it is not easy to obtain its analytical solution, so by means of a computer cycle obtained spinodal numerical solution, and display the corresponding spinodal triangle phase diagram. The above method is used for the ternary homopolymer blend of known state equation parameters Polystyrene (PS) / Polymethylvinylether (PVME) / Poly 2,6-dimethyl 1,4-phenylene Oxygen (PPE), a series of spinodal phase diagrams at different temperatures were obtained. The predicted results are consistent with those reported in the literature. Based on this, the influence of molecular weight of polymer on phase behavior was further studied.
