目的了解省级三甲医院放射性工作人员的外照射剂量水平,为建立科学合理的防护措施提供依据。方法回顾分析本院97名放射工作人员外照射个人剂量资料,对不同诊疗科室人员外照射剂量进行相关分析。结果全年个人剂量最高值为3.8 mSv,≤0.20 mSv的人数为26人(26.8%),0.2~1.0 mSv之间60人(61.9%),≥1.0 mSv11人(11.3%)。个人剂量最高值为PET-CT(正电子融合X射线体层扫描)工作人员。结论各科室外照射防护水平均达到国家标准,放射治疗和放射诊断个人剂量水平最低,PET-CT个人剂量水平最高,暂未发生放射性职业病人。
Objective To understand the radiation dose levels of radioactive workers in provincial top three hospitals and provide the basis for establishing scientific and reasonable protective measures. Methods A retrospective analysis of 97 radiation workers outside the hospital personal dose of external radiation, external medical personnel in different departments dose correlation analysis. Results The highest individual dose was 3.8 mSv for the whole year, 26 (26.8%) ≤ 0.20 mSv, 60 (61.9%) and 1.01 mSv11 (11.3%) between 0.2 and 1.0 mSv. The highest personal dose was PET-CT (positron emission tomography) staff. Conclusion The levels of outdoor radiation protection in all the subjects meet the national standards. The lowest individual dose level for radiotherapy and radiation diagnosis and the highest individual dose level for PET-CT are no radiation occupational patients.
