目的 探讨新生儿与妊娠母亲脂代谢的关系。方法 同时测定 118组配对母亲、脐血、新生儿和 42例成人对照组血清胆固醇 (CHOL)、甘油三酯 (TG)、载脂蛋白A1(ApoA1)、载脂蛋白B(ApoB)含量。结果 血清CHOL、TG、ApoA1、ApoB含量高低依次为母亲 >对照组 >新生儿 >脐血。母亲血脂含量不影响新生儿的检测结果。新生儿血清CHOL、TG、ApoB含量随日龄增大而变化 ,ApoA1含量与日龄变化无关。结论 妊娠母亲的高脂血症不能减少新生儿出生时存在的低脂血症。生后及时给新生儿补充脂类物质是必要的 ,母乳喂养为最佳补充方式
Objective To explore the relationship between neonatal and pregnant mothers lipid metabolism. Methods Cholesterol (CHOL), triglyceride (TG), apolipoprotein A1 (ApoA1) and apolipoprotein B (ApoB) in 118 matched maternal, cord blood, newborns and 42 adult controls were measured simultaneously. Results The levels of CHOL, TG, ApoA1 and ApoB in serum were as follows: mother> control group> newborn> cord blood. Mother’s blood lipids do not affect the results of newborns. Neonatal serum CHOL, TG, ApoB content changes with age, ApoA1 content has nothing to do with changes in age. Conclusion Hyperlipidemia in pregnant mothers does not reduce the incidence of hypolipidemia at birth. After birth, it is necessary to replenish the newborn with lipids in a timely manner.
