组织开发(Organizational Development)是人力资源开发(Human Resource Development)中一个重要的领域,也是近年来引发人力资源从业者和学者们深入思考的一个领域。组织开发与组织变革密不可分,组织变革的实现又来自于组织的核心元素-人,基于此,组织开发的实现归根到底还是要落到人员变革。人力资源经理作为组织开发的重要推动力量之一,在组织变革中应该成为一个高效的“催化剂”。
Organizational Development (Organizational Development) is an important field in Human Resource Development, and it is also an area that has caused HR practitioners and scholars to think deeply in recent years. Organizational development and organizational change are inseparable. The realization of organizational change comes from the core element of the organization—people. Based on this, the realization of organizational development is ultimately to be transformed into personnel transformation. As one of the important driving forces for organizational development, human resource managers should become an efficient “catalyst” in organizational change.
