目的:用SYSMEX NE-1500五分类血液细胞分析仪分析58例早期乳腺癌病人的白细胞5分类计数情况。方法:抽取本院58例乳腺癌病人、70例良性乳腺疾病病人和40例正常人的静脉血标本,用SYSMEX NE-1500分类计数其白细胞。结果:乳腺癌组人的淋巴细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞、嗜硷性粒细胞显著低于正常对照组,而良性乳腺疾病组和乳腺癌组的中性粒细胞显著高于正常对照组,乳腺癌病人、良性乳腺疾病病人、正常人之间的白细胞总数比较无显著性差异。结论:了解乳腺癌病人的白细胞分类计数情况有助于了解其发生的病理生理机制。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the leucocyte 5 taxonomic counts of 58 patients with early breast cancer using SYSMEX NE-1500 five-component hematology analyzer. Methods: Venous blood samples of 58 breast cancer patients, 70 benign breast disease patients and 40 normal people were collected. The white blood cells were counted by SYSMEX NE-1500. Results: The levels of lymphocyte, eosinophil and basophil in breast cancer group were significantly lower than those in normal control group, while those in benign breast disease group and breast cancer group were significantly higher than those in normal control group, breast cancer Patients, benign breast disease patients, normal white blood cells between the total no significant difference. Conclusion: To understand the classification and counting of leucocytes in patients with breast cancer is helpful to understand the pathophysiological mechanism of its occurrence.
