目的:对威海市504例手足口病(HFMD)患儿粪便样本实验室检测结果进行分析,了解威海地区HFMD病原特征,为今后制定HFMD防治措施提供依据。方法:对送检的504例临床诊断为HFMD患者标本,应用实时荧光(Real-time)RT-PCR法检测标本中的人肠道病毒(HEV)、肠道病毒71型(EV71)和柯萨奇病毒A组16型(CVA16)特异性核酸。结果:504例HFMD患者标本中,EV71阳性率为50.99%,CVA16阳性率为18.25%,其它HEV阳性率为17.26%;46例HFMD重症病例中,EV71阳性率84.78%,CVA16阳性率6.52%。结论:威海地区手足口病病原体以EV71和CVA16为主。EV71型是引起重症病例的优势病毒型,应加强监测,特别是4岁以下婴幼儿的监测。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the laboratory results of stool samples from 504 children with hand-foot-mouth disease (HFMD) in Weihai and to understand the characteristics of HFMD in Weihai and to provide basis for future prevention and treatment of HFMD. Methods: A total of 504 specimens of HFMD clinically diagnosed were tested by real-time RT-PCR. The samples were tested for human enterovirus (HEV), enterovirus 71 (EV71) Oddavirus Group A 16 type (CVA16) -specific nucleic acids. Results: The positive rate of EV71 was 50.99%, the positive rate of CVA16 was 18.25%, and the positive rate of other HEV was 17.26% in 504 cases of HFMD. The positive rate of EV71 was 84.78% and the positive rate of CVA16 was 6.52% in 46 HFMD cases. Conclusion: The pathogens of HFMD in Weihai are mainly EV71 and CVA16. The EV71 is the dominant virus that causes severe cases and should be monitored more closely, especially for infants under 4 years of age.
