介绍开展药物不良反应（ADR）监察工作的情况和经验。主要包括完善ADR监察工作的组织制度，探索可行的ADR监察工作模式，做好ADR监察的宣传工作等。开展ADR监察工作的目标是协助临床合理用药，保证医疗质量。
Introduce the situation and experience of conducting ADR monitoring. It mainly includes the improvement of the organizational system for ADR inspections, the exploration of a workable ADR monitoring model, and the promotion of ADR surveillance. The goal of carrying out ADR surveillance work is to assist clinical rational drug use and ensure the quality of medical care.
