油菜秧苗三叶一心期叶面喷洒200ppm多效唑。用药后叶片叶绿素含量上升,5天时增幅最大,20天后开始下降;用药后10—30天内,多效唑处哩的油菜叶片,气孔阻力降低,胞间CO_2浓度提高,光合速率增强;移栽前单株干物重与对照相近,但根冠比提高,越冬期单株干物质积累显著高于对照。实收产量表明,多效唑处理的每亩大田能增收油菜籽15公斤,经济性状分析指出,主要是增加了有效分枝和单株角果数。
Three-leaf rape seedling leaf surface foliar spraying 200ppm paclobutrazol. Leaf chlorophyll content increased after 5 days of treatment and reached the maximum after 20 days. After 20 days, the content of chlorophyll increased, and the stomatal resistance decreased and the intracellular CO 2 concentration increased and the photosynthetic rate increased within 10-30 days after treatment. The dry matter weight was similar to the control, but the root-shoot ratio increased, and the dry matter accumulation in winter was significantly higher than that in the control. The actual yield shows that paclobutrazol treatment of acres of field can increase rapeseed 15 kilograms, economic traits pointed out that the main is to increase the effective number of branches and pods per plant.
