切削颤振是降低细长轴类零件加工质量的主要原因,为此本文研制了用于车床刀架的磁流变减振装置。在结构设计的基础上,本文对减振装置的磁路进行了理论分析,并利用有限元方法对减振装置进行了三维磁路仿真,研究了不同结构参数对减振装置中磁感应强度的影响规律,获得了符合设计要求的磁流变减振装置。本文研究可为同类磁流变减振装置的优化设计提供依据。
Cutting flutter is to reduce the processing quality of slender shaft parts of the main reason, this paper developed for the lathe turret MRF device. Based on the structural design, the paper analyzes the magnetic circuit of the vibration-damping device and uses the finite element method to simulate the three-dimensional magnetic circuit of the vibration-damping device. The influence of different structural parameters on the magnetic induction intensity of the vibration-damping device is studied. Law, obtained in line with the design requirements of the magnetorheological damping device. This study can provide the basis for the optimization design of the same magnetorheological devices.
