根据校企合作、工学交替的效果反馈,学校教务部门、学生管理部门、各系部应该依据企业的现状及时调整教学任务与安排,同时应针对中职学生年龄偏小、社会经验缺乏、自制力差等特点,切实落实统一住宿、统一上班、统一管理的方式。通过实践分析,企业应该充分考虑学生的实际工作技能与相关能力,为学生提供合适的工作岗位,明确合理的工作时长、报酬、福利等,积极与学校沟通配合,共同加强学生管理,从而确保工学交替保质保量、安全高效的完成。
