目的:建立反相高效液相色谱法同时测定清咽类保健食品中非法添加曲安西龙、氢化可的松、地塞米松、倍他米松、醋酸可的松、茶碱及沙丁胺醇的含量测定方法。方法:采用HaloC18(150mm×4.6mm,2.7μm)色谱柱,以0.1%磷酸-乙腈为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速为0.8mL·min-1,柱温为40℃,检测波长分别为240nm、222nm和274nm。结果:各组分在一定范围内峰面积与浓度呈良好的线性关系(r>0.9995),平均回收率均在96.0%~103.0%,检出限为1.1~15.4ng。结论:本方法简便快捷、结果准确、重现性好、方法可行,可用于该类保健食品中非法添加化学药品的定量检测。
Objective: To establish a method for simultaneous determination of triamcinolone, hydrocortisone, dexamethasone, betamethasone, cortisone acetate, albuterol and albuterol in Qingxuan health food by RP-HPLC . Methods: A gradient elution was carried out on a HaloC18 (150 mm × 4.6 mm, 2.7 μm) column with 0.1% phosphoric acid-acetonitrile as mobile phase at a flow rate of 0.8 mL · min-1 with a column temperature of 40 ° C and a detection wavelength of 240 nm , 222 nm and 274 nm. Results: The peak area and concentration of each component showed a good linear relationship (r> 0.9995) with the average recoveries of 96.0% -103.0% and the detection limits of 1.1 ~ 15.4 ng. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, accurate and reproducible. The method is feasible and can be used for the quantitative detection of illegally added chemicals in such health food.
