为了研究钒在攀钢转炉中的热力学行为及分配,根据钒渣的成分对Ca O-Mg O-Al_2O_3-V_2O_3-Si O_2熔渣中各组元的活度进行研究。应用分子相互作用体积模型(MIVM)及其伪多元法预测Mg O-Al_2O_3-Si O_2、Ca O-V_2O_3-Si O_2、Ca OMg O-Al_2O_3-Si O_2渣系中某组元的活度值,并与试验值对比。结果表明,MIVM伪多元法预测值与试验值吻合良好,Mg O-Al_2O_3-Si O_2渣系中Al_2O_3的平均相对误差为15%;Ca O-V_2O_3-Si O_2渣系中V_2O_3的平均相对误差为33%;Ca O-Mg OAl_2O_3-Si O_2渣系中Si O_2的平均相对误差为13%。在此基础上,利用MIVM预测Ca O-Mg O-Al_2O_3-V_2O_3-Si O_2熔渣中各组元的活度,并将V_2O_3的预测值与试验值对比分析,结果表明,预测值与试验值吻合良好,都呈正偏差,平均相对误差为44%,V_2O_3的活度随碱度的提高而下降。
In order to study the thermodynamic behavior and distribution of vanadium in the converter of Panzhihua Iron and Steel, the activity of each component in Ca O-Mg O-Al 2 O 3 -V 2 O 3 -SiO 2 slag was studied according to the composition of vanadium slag. The MIVM and its multivariate multivariate analysis are used to predict the activity of a component in the slag system of Mg O-Al 2 O 3 -SiO 2, CaO-V 2 O 3 -SiO 2 and CaO OMg O-Al 2 O 3 -SiO 2. The average relative error of Al_2O_3 in the slag system of Mg O-Al_2O_3-Si O_2 is 15%. The average relative error of V_2O_3 in the slag system of Ca O-V_2O_3-Si O_2 is 33%. The average relative error of Si O_2 in Ca O-Mg OAl 2 O 3 -SiO 2 was 13%. On this basis, the activity of each component in Ca O-Mg O-Al 2 O 3 -V 2 O 3 -SiO 2 slag was predicted by MIVM, and the predicted value of V 2 O 3 was compared with the test value. The results show that the predicted value and the experimental value Good agreement, were positive deviations, the average relative error of 44%, V 2 O 3 activity decreased with increasing alkalinity.
