应用二阶导数光谱法测定器械消毒液中苯扎溴胺(新洁尔灭)的含量。以265nm和276nm波长处的峰、谷之间的振幅值作为苯扎溴胺的定量信息,求得相关系数r=0.9998,平均回收率为100.5%,变异系数为CV=±10.72%。
Determination of Benzalkonium Bromide (Bromogeramine) in Instrument Disinfectant by Second Derivative Spectrophotometry. The correlation coefficient r = 0.9998 was obtained with the amplitude of peak and valley at 265nm and 276nm as the quantitative information of benzalkonium bromide. The average recovery was 100.5% and the coefficient of variation was CV = ± 10 .72%.
