目的了解2008—2014年建德市登革热蚊媒监测结果,为登革热疫情预警与防制提供依据。方法对建德市2008—2014年登革热蚊媒监测数据进行统计分析。结果 2008—2014年共调查3 750户,6 678个容器;其中永久性容器1 299个,暂时性容器5 379个。平均布雷图指数(BI)、容器指数(CI)和房屋指数(HI)分别为18.96、10.65和11.28。各监测点年均BI,2008—2011年均<20,2012—2014年均>20。6—10月的月平均BI均>10,9月份最高为22.80。仅新安街道的永久性容器的CI高于暂时性容器(P<0.05)。监测期间仅发现白纹伊蚊,平均成蚊密度为2.17只/人工小时,成蚊密度在7—9月份达到高峰,与幼蚊密度消长一致。结论建德市白纹伊蚊幼虫密度较高,一旦出现登革热输入性病例,极易造成登革热暴发甚至区域流行。
Objective To understand the results of mosquito-borne dengue surveillance in Jiande City from 2008 to 2014 so as to provide basis for early warning and prevention of dengue fever. Methods Dengjun mosquito media monitoring data from 2008 to 2014 in Jiande City were statistically analyzed. Results A total of 3 750 households and 6 678 containers were surveyed during 2008-2014. Among them, 1 299 were permanent containers and 5 379 were temporary containers. The average Brett Index (BI), container index (CI) and housing index (HI) were 18.96, 10.65 and 11.28 respectively. The average annual BI for all monitoring sites was <20 from 2008-2011, and the average monthly BI for 2012-2014> 20. From June to October, the monthly average BI was> 10, up from 22.80 in September. CIs for permanent containers in Xinan Street were higher than temporary containers only (P <0.05). Only Aedes albopictus was found during the monitoring period. The average adult mosquito density was 2.17 / artificial hour. The mosquito density peaked from July to September, consistent with the growth and decline of the mosquito population. Conclusion The density of Aedes albopictus larvae in Jiande city is high. Once the imported dengue fever occurs, Dengue fever may even cause epidemic.
