目的研究肠炎Ⅰ号胶囊的药理作用,为临床应用提供依据。方法以小鼠小肠推进试验、新斯的明拮抗试验、炭末排除时间、大黄致泻试验、醋酸诱发毛细血管通透性亢进及小鼠扭体反应、体外抑菌试验,测定药物对小鼠胃肠运动影响和止泻作用。结果肠炎Ⅰ号胶囊能明显抑制小鼠胃肠道推进、延长小鼠炭末排出时间、对抗新斯的明引起的小鼠肠功能亢进和大黄所致小鼠腹泻作用,能明显对抗醋酸引起的毛细血管通透性增高、明显对抗醋酸诱导小鼠扭体反应。抑菌试验表明:该药对大肠埃希氏菌及痢疾志贺氏菌具有一定的抑菌作用,其最低抑菌浓度(M IC)为25mg/m l和50mg/m l。结论肠炎Ⅰ号胶囊具有一定的止泻、抗炎、镇痛和抑菌作用。
Objective To study the pharmacological effects of Changyan I capsule and provide basis for clinical application. Methods The mice were tested for small intestine advancing test, neostigmine antagonism test, elimination time of charcoal, rhubarb diarrhoea test, acetic acid-induced capillary permeability hypermutation, writhing reaction of mice and in vitro antibacterial test. RESULTS: Enteritis No. 1 capsule can obviously inhibit the progress of gastrointestinal tract in mice, prolong the time of excretion of carbon in mice, counteract the hyperfunction of mice caused by neostigmine, and the diarrhea caused by rhubarb in mice, and can obviously resist the acetic acid-induced Increased capillary permeability, marked resistance to acetic acid-induced writhing in mice. The antibacterial test showed that the drug had certain antibacterial activity against Escherichia coli and Shigella dysenteriae, and its minimum inhibitory concentration (M IC) was 25 mg/ml and 50 mg/ml. Conclusion Changyan I capsule has certain antidiarrheal, anti-inflammatory, analgesic and antibacterial effects.
