由于测绘点与实际接触点在理论上存在差异,摆动从动件空间凸轮机构的反求问题目前仍未获得很好解决.本文在空间凸轮反求CAD中,提出了利用廓面测绘数据根据共轭曲面原理反求出从动件运动规律,再利用该运动规律和有关结构参数重新解析设计出廓面的新方法.文中对反求方法和测绘数据进行了分析;提出了理论廓面、实际廓面的相关性质;在此基础上,利用共轭曲面原理导出了从动件运动反求的非线性规划数学模型,给出了算法.本文的反求技术有利于将反求设计与常规的解析设计融合于统一的凸轮CAD软件体系中.
Due to the theoretical difference between the mapping point and the actual contact point, the reverse problem of the swing cam follower space cam mechanism has not yet been well solved. In this paper, we propose a new method to reverse the design of the profile by using the mapping data of camouflage based on the principle of conjugate surface and the law of the follower’s motion in space cam reverse CAD. In this paper, the reverse method and the mapping data are analyzed. The related properties of the theoretical profile and the actual profile are put forward. Based on the above, the mathematical model of the nonlinear programming of the follower motion is derived by using the conjugate surface principle. The algorithm is given. The reverse technique of this paper is conducive to the reverse design and conventional analytical design into a unified cam CAD software system.
