本文对20例累及后段的眼球穿通伤晚期行玻璃体切除术,外伤至手术的时间为20天～2年,其中17例为2月～1年。术前视力18眼在光感～数指之间,另2眼分别为0.1和0.02。术后随访6月～2年。脱盲(视力>0.05)率为60%(12/20),75%(15/20)的眼获得走动视力(0.02)以上的视力。13眼术前并发视网膜脱离,术后解剖成功(视网膜复位)率为77.8%(10/13),功能成功(视网膜复位且视力>0.02)率为61.6%(8/13)。
In this paper, 20 cases of late-penetrating penetrating eye injury were treated by vitrectomy. The time from trauma to surgery was 20 days to 2 years, of which 17 cases were from February to 1 year. Preoperative visual acuity of 18 eyes in the sense of light ~ number between the other two eyes were 0.1 and 0.02. Follow-up after 6 months to 2 years. The rate of debilitating (visual acuity> 0.05) was 60% (12/20) and 75% (15/20) of the eyes had ambulatory visual acuity (0.02) or more. Retinal detachment was performed in 13 eyes. The success rate of postoperative retinal reattachment was 77.8% (10/13), and the success rate of retinal reattachment (visual acuity> 0.02) was 61.6% (8/13).
