运用Auger能谱、原子吸收光谱、显微镜分析、BET吸附法和浮选法对辉钼矿的棱、面特性及可浮佳进行了测定和比较;明确了辉钼矿的棱与面及棱面比的概念,分析并证实了棱、面的元素组成及金属阳离子在其表面的吸附部位;推导了几何棱面比与实际棱面比的计算方法,并得到了棱面比与粒度和可浮性变化的规律性。测试结果表明:几何棱面比决定着辉钼矿的可浮性,实际棱面比与捕收剂用量有一定的对应关系。
The edge, surface properties and flotation of molybdenite were measured and compared by Auger spectroscopy, atomic absorption spectroscopy, microscopic analysis, BET adsorption and flotation method.
