中小学布局调整不仅是硬件建设问题,更是一个长期的软件建设过程。分析中小学布局调整下教师群体发展中存在的问题,提出布局调整下教师群体建设策略:加强学习与交流,减少校园人际冲突;重视培训与疏导,提高教师综合素质;创设多种有效载体,搭建群体健康发展平台;重视组织气候建设,形成和谐人际氛围。
Adjustment of primary and secondary school layout is not only a matter of hardware construction, but also a long-term software construction process. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the development of teacher groups under the adjustment of primary and middle schools, and puts forward the strategy of building teacher groups under the layout adjustment: strengthening learning and communication, reducing interpersonal conflicts on campus; attaching importance to training and counseling and improving the overall quality of teachers; creating a variety of effective carriers and building Group healthy development platform; emphasis on organizational climate, the formation of a harmonious interpersonal atmosphere.
